[closed - fixed] Visual glitches far from origin

At great distances from 0,0,0, various node types including roofing tiles and nodeboxes don't seem to render completely.

Yeah floating point errors suck... pretty sure this'll happen in any other version/build/fork of minetest too.
OpenGL has a way around it, but because irrlicht also support D3D there's no support for it in irrlicht. sad

Minetest (and hence -classic) exasperates the issue by making every node 10x10x10 texels instead of 1x1x1 (the advantage being higher precision at lower values) and changing that is a _lot_ of trouble.
